LONG-TERM MAINTENANCE
A venture capital firm engaged S & L to provide long-term maintenance on their LAN/WAN environment. Under this contract, S&L provides services at scheduled intervals and 24x7 ad-hoc support as needed. This program delivers helpdesk support to end users, as well as maintenance of the network infrastructure. In addition, we collaborate with the client on various implementations to keep their business operating at an optimal level. |
